How to read the results                 
The result of a GMoS consists in a list of families and subfamilies sorted hierarchically according to the occurrence of the searched sequence motif in each family.

Main families (i.e. amine, peptide, hormone protein, (rhod)opsin, olfactory, prostanoid, like, cannabinoid, platelet activating factor, gonadotropin-releasing hormone, thyrotropin-releasing hormone & secretagogue, melatonin, viral, & LPA (EDG), leukotriene B4 receptor, class A orphan/other) are left-adjusted and in bold face. Their sub-families, sub-sub-families, etc... are indented and color coded as follows:

purple color means conservation is > 50%

green color means conservation is > 75%

red color means conservation is > 90%
