To use Correlative GMOS, choose a subset and a family to be searched from their pull-down menus, two positions within the sequence alignment and one or two residues to be searched.

Enter both residues to search for a specific correlation, or leave one of the two fields blank to view each combination the residue is found in at the specified positions.
